We are proud to be offering 2 new types of services:
Reiki
Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Bath

Each sessions are about 30min in length.

If you go to the schedule page or types of services page, you can find each these services under the filter type of Energy Work or Reiki.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic healing that uses energy to create balance in the mind, body and spirit. Reiki is energy that is intuitively knows where to go on its own to heal the person in need. The practitioner acts as a vessel for the energy, allowing it to flow into the person.

Getting a Reiki Session is beneficial especially when you are experiencing heightened stress or when you facing a variety of difficulties in your day-to-day life. It is great to receive this energy when you are feeling “off” or when there’s some sort of imbalance in your life.

What is a Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a session dedicated to help you achieve a deep meditative state while you’re enveloped in ambient sounds played by your therapist. The different frequencies to help bring your focus away from your thoughts and helps you achieve a restorative state.

A Sound Bath is beneficial as a self-care routine and can help you manage stress and improve your overall wellbeing. During a Sound Bath, you get to go into a deeper state of consciousness and unplug from external stimuli while you gain a perspective on what’s going on within you.
