Morning Meditation Orange + Beet Juice Drink

Start your day off with a boost from this morning meditation juice!

Yields 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 Lemon, squeezed
  • 3.5 Tbsp Beet juice

Instructions
In a cup mix together ground turmeric powder, ground ginger powder, honey, and juice from lemon half.

Then pour the orange juice and stir well. Ice maybe added.

Using a spoon, gently layer beet juice on top of the orange juice mixture. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
Drink as is with the layer or stir juice layers to combine.

Properties:
Beets:
Beets are considered to be a superfood and a good source of vitamin C. If you drink daily, it can help lower blood pressure. Beets improve exercise stamina. For people who had heart failure, drinking beat juice has been proven to improve muscle power. It is also good for preventing cancer and losing weight. Orange:
Orange Juice has many wonderful properties. It improves the immune system with vitamin C. Oranges are also known to contain ascorbic acids, a component of collagen, which helps cells rejuvenate and promote the growth of tissue in our bodies. Oranges are rich in fiber to improve digestive health. It can lower risk of cancer as well as prevent kidney diseases. Orange juice contains high levels of anti-aging anti-oxidants and citric acids which help reduce wrinkles. The benefits of Carotene and Vitamin A, both present in high levels in orange juice and is known to improve eyesight. It has incredible healing properties by being rich in flavonoids, such as hesperidin and anthocyanins.

Tumeric:
Curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric, and it has powerful biological properties. Tumeric is known to help reduce chronic pain and inflammation. It is also known to help with arthritis. The antioxidant effect of turmeric appears to be so powerful that it may stop your liver from being damaged by toxins. Tumeric can reduce the risk of cancer and help with digestion.

Ginger:
Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, and other healthful properties. It is great for relieving nausea, reducing gase and improving digestion. Ginger helps ease a cold or the flu. It can help relieve pain, lower cancer risk, and support cardivoascular health.

Honey:
Honey has many health properties. It is a good source of antioxidants. It contains antibacterial and anitfungal properties.Honey helps with digestive issues and contains potent prebiotics to nourish good bacteria that live in the intestines. It can soothes a sore throat.
